Correct date, time, and time zone on the MFP (within 5 minutes for Kerberos), proper DNS forward and reverse lookup entries, and configured LDAP and Kerberos settings — with the Kerberos realm entered in capital letters.
Can local and Active Directory authentication run at the same time?
