How We Prove Your Backups Will Actually Restore

1. Daily verification
Every backup job is checked for completion and integrity, and a failed or skipped job opens a ticket for an RDI technician the same day rather than sitting unnoticed in a log.
2. Scheduled test restores
On a regular schedule we restore real data: a server image is booted in an isolated environment to confirm it starts and its applications run, and sample mailboxes, files, and SharePoint items are recovered from the Microsoft 365 backup.
