No — RDI does not mount displays. We deliver and configure the display, connect it to your network and sources, and verify it is working. Physical mounting is handled by your installer or facilities team.
Can we update the content ourselves?
Yes. Modern digital signage lets you change content in seconds from anywhere, and we’ll train your team so it’s easy to manage.
What size and how many displays do we need?
It depends on your space, viewing distance, and goals. During a free assessment we walk your lobby, offices, or conference rooms, then recommend the right screen sizes and quantities. We can also pair displays with our office copiers and printers for a fully equipped workspace.
Do the displays keep working if the internet goes down?
Yes. Most digital signage caches its content locally, so your screens keep playing scheduled messages even during a brief internet outage. When the connection returns, any updates you have scheduled sync automatically, and our local team is on call if a display needs attention.
